Launched with renowned chef Chanthy Yen in 2021, Nightshade has a warm yet elegant dining ambiance with a globally inspired menu. Located conveniently in the heart of Yaletown, the restaurant offers a menu of zero-proof beverages made with intricate syrups that flaunt flavour-forward profiles. Nightshade’s sophisticated and elegant drinks take mocktails to the next level.
Lobby Lounge – Downtown Vancouver
The Lobby Lounge, as the name suggests, is located in the lobby of the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel within walking distance of Canada Place and the waterfront.
